11 MONTH NEW CONSTRUCTION WARRANTY INSPECTION:

New home purchases typically have a 12 month warranty period.  An inspection of your home prior to the close of this warranty period can assist you in addressing any arising issues seen and unseen to help you reduce your personal home repair cost.

PRE-OFFER CONSULTATION:
