to offer myself as a commercial building inspector.

 

My experience includes documenting new and remedial work for complete building systems. 

I am knowledgeable of systems common to our region.

 

I have experience coordinating specialty consultants for building systems including

mechanical, electrical, fire suppression, vertical transportation, etc.

 

We will work with you to establish a scope that suits your specific requirements.  My architectural and structural review starts at about $600 for a building of 12,000 sq. feet.

With an architectural and structural review, I will assess

the condition of the building including description

and comments on the following:

• Roof coverings, flashings, and drainage

 

• Exterior wall finishes, screens, curtain wall systems and windows

 

• Weather seals 

 

• Interior finishes including ceilings, floors, and walls  

 

• Various amenities, i.e. kitchenettes and restrooms
